Yoga
- Yoga is a disciplined method used to achieve a goal.
- Keeping in mind the health of our students with education in mind, we started yoga classes for all students. Through which they develop mentally and physically.
Dance
- In keeping with the tradition of our state, we provide regular dance lessons to our students.
- Here dance competitions are performed and prizes are given to recognize and motivate our students.
Karate
- We teach karate to our students as an alternative to self-defense.
- Karate is a striking art using punches, kicks, knee strikes, elbow strikes, and open hand techniques such as knife-hand, spear-hand, and plum heel strikes. And some types, grapples, wounds, joint locus, restraints, and vital point strikes. but is taught.
Skating
- Skating is a perfect way of fitness with fun/recreation. It helps people to develop fitness along with sport.
- Children of this generation are truly the first in the advancement of fitness in the age of fitness. We teach skating to keep children healthy and in good physical condition.
